Folks... i was asked by a colleague for a recommendation for a box to hand round at a post-graduation leaving home bbq.... late on, a few drinks in. Something that's not a dog rocket for a pallet in the know, or breaking the bank for a lashed up former student

I welcome your thoughts... CC or NC...

    Cheers chaps

Personally if its wasted on guys who really won't appreciate it...why not stick with the JLP or Quintero

    Otherwise Party D4/5

    Cheap and cheerful.

Something like Punch Coronations or RyJ No.2 or something like, nothing too heavy but nice smokes for guests to enjoy... depends on budget I guess too though

Quintero Favoritos - Cheap & cheerful but, not a bad smoke either

That should put them off cigar smoking for good!

I took a box of cheap Dutch half coronas to a wedding at the weekend in case anyone asked to try one. It turned out to be a good idea as the groom and groomsmen were all going to buy cigars from behind the hotel bar starting at ?10 each. They all enjoyed the ones I took because they were so mild and easy to smoke and the groom even admitted that he could see why I enjoyed cigar smoking. You can get them from the House of Holland who sell within the UK.

I suggest Por Larranaga Panetela, mild , good young, not too big and with a reasonable price. Also a really good smoke which is the important thing.

That's why I find them perfect for a dog walking smoke! I've got some coming soon, along with their tubos.

I would stick to Cuban cigars such as the quintero they are quite cheap to buy and look good too.
