Yeah and also, chaps, I'm much interested to hear about the Bolivar tubos. From what I have read, the smaller Boli-tubos pack a punch for their size. Now I'm not gonna have two or three hours to fumigate my friends with, this weekend. (Considering two-thirds don't smoke, and one-third is gonna be popping out for a L&B, excuse my off topic non-cigar references).

Who's got any views on the Boli tubos number 3? Good punchiness in a petite body? (SFW, please, not a cue for aforementioned glamour shots). LOL

Only really had three 'proper' tubos. All RyJ (2x Cuban 1xDominican).

RyJ No1 Tubo - my first 'real' cigar. Very nice. Certainly the good!

The No3 Tubo was okay, nothing stand-out (although I did have it at a beer festival, so the quality probably wouldn't have sunk it). One to give a second shot.

RyJ something-or-other, NC. Not sure which vitola it was, but I remember it being quite large and similar in size to the No1 Cuban. Very pleasant.

PS. Gorgeous looking photo Deano. I want to go out and buy some P2 tubos right now...

My first ever cigar! On arrival at the hotel in Cuba, I asked the man behind the bar to recommend me a smoke. This was his selection and he did a good job or I wouldn't be sat here writing this now!

                VI

Have to go with TJ Coror on this one.The Siglo VI are the best Tubos i have ever experienced, and the tubes are the coolest thing out there, bar none.

You should give them a go just for the chance of getting a look at one of those not too shabby tubes.

Bolivar Tubos No.2 is a good bet for a small smoke, you should get more from it than the Monte. Assuming your staying in the same price range as the Monte, the tubed Upmann Corona Major was one of the first boxes I bought, still don't have a bad word to say about them, a great emergency smoke to have in the pocket or glove copartment.

I'm with Whisky on this one chaps.

The Cohiba Siglo iV is the best cigar I think I ever tasted, I just wish I could afford to smoke 'em all the time. If I had the money I don't think I would ever look further for a regular smoke.

Beeeeoootiful! Dead sexy tube with the gold band too, much nicer that those bals out, show off, black Partegas toobes.

I gotta go with nic on this one, lads.

Can't beat the Siglo VI tubo for untimate pleasure and packaging. A real show-off piece, IMO.

                      BJ, BJCoro....

Okay, cheers people. Certainly when it comes to branding, our Cuban friends know how to do it well with the tubos! I will have a think about the uppmann. Not that I have much time, I'm visiting the local tomorrow ...
