Sorting cigars

I've collected far too many singles now. They are a bit of a mess.

How do you sort your sticks?

By year, marca, order you got them, size, favourites, quantity, wrapper shade, strength, CA rating, cost, viola, none of the above?

My OCD feels the need for some order...

I label mine and put them wherever there's free space. Desktop humi, empty boxes, half empty boxes. They go in if they fit in. No order whatsoever. Now if there's a particular single I want to smoke, well in general I don't manage to find it. I was looking for a Mag 56 once that was gifted to me. I didn't put it into my Mag 56 box and it took me quite some time to find it. In just stumbled upon it one day while searching for something else.

In your shoes habanos I would put all the robusto's together and so on .

My spreadsheet has a note of where every cigar is. Draw, number of tray, if in its box...

My spreadsheet lists the location of boxes but I'm not bothered about singles

I'm not buying anything else this year.....
