I don't understand the problem. Surely the most obvious solution is to smoke more.
If your bath is filling up with water then turn off the tap (that's not going to happen) buy a bigger / another bath (seems the current solution) or pull the plug out your bath and start letting out water so there's room for all that new water coming from the tap.

My storage is at 100 % really want a big wine cooler but that won't fly with the Mrs as there no space....so need to get another scuba...but holding off for now.

I just realized that I won't stop until I'm out of storage space. I promised myself to stop buying cigars after a certain amount was reached. I passed it twice and am close in passing it for a third time. I promised myself to stop when my Liebherr was full and have filled a 100 quart cooler since and just started filling a second one. When that one is full I'm out of storage space. I know that won't stop me from buying more cigars. Don't know what will happen then, well that's not completely true. I'll either flip a few boxes on FB, sell them on here or buy more storage space.....
