So my 40th Birthday is just over a year away. Plan is to buy a cigar and age it myself for a year and some months. It has to be montecristo. I mainly into monte puritos. This looks like a good one? It's the box it comes in that's the main attraction for me...just something a bit special:

In all honesty, save your money. If you have PM?s here, likely someone can/ will trade or sell you a better Monte, with more age, and leave you change for bus fare home and a bag of chips.Originally posted by ZomB View PostSo my 40th Birthday is just over a year away. Thanks. I already have pms.
After much research on the internet, I'm really tempted by these....very expensive but for 3 special occasions? These are rare and can't find anywhere anymore: 1935 Dumas. And free leather pouch!

Hi Zomb, always nice to have an extra special cigar for big birthdays. I think the 3 Dumas & Leather case isn't a bad deal actually, they are great cigars, improve with time & you'll have a keepsake with the case. Of course I have some fine vintage Monte's if you're interested nearer the time but it's a big jump from putritos to Dble Edmundo's, you might want to get some practice in with some medium RG cigars in the mean time!Originally posted by ZomB View PostThanks.
