Sadly I'm now banned from enjoying cigars in the house (I once got permission to light up in the conservatory, but she withdrew it the day after I did lol).

Like a few others have mentioned, my main opportunity is when walking the dog, but at this time of year, and with this weather, chances are slim.

On the odd time that I have 'fired one up', I've had the same problem that Mr B mentions, i.e. a really tight draw.
It made me wonder if I ought to lower the RH of my humidor to nearer 65 for winter smokes, in the hope that it might delay the time it took the cold and damp to get at 'em. However, I've got no idea if this is worth doing or would even make a noticable difference, and was hoping one of you guys could steer me right.
      What does everyone else do?

Tbh every window and door is open so i might as well be outside enjoying a puro lol.
I enjoy them in the summer when walking the dogs but like you and mr b i find the draw pretty tight in the cold weather.
At least your missus let you try it in the conservatory lol

The patio or on the deck. If it's raining, I go to the garage. I forgot, it never freaking rains in Southern Cal!

Nice cbob: looks like the beach 'downtown' in Varadero.

              Regardless, I'm jealous already

I,m a bit lucky as have built a log cabin as a home office down the bottom of the garden, all wired up with sound system and a mini fridge. Still a bit of a trot to get down there though if its cats and dogs.

I do have a small shed (aaaah) but dare not smoke in it as it has as much potentially hazardous/explosive materials than a small pocket battleship, so most of mine is spent out in the garden, and alas very weather dependant!
