The Hookah Lab is dedicated to supporting smoking industry enthusiasts, and we are excited to share the story of the National Cigar Museum, now known as the Cigar History Museum. The cigar and hookah industries are related in that both involve the production, distribution, and consumption of tobacco products. However,

I had a few emails back and forth with the guy that runs it: it was about some pre-embargo sticks that were being bandied about on here at the time. Nice chap.
Pre-embargo? Guess they were for collectors not smokers. I wonder how many pre-embargo Cuban cigars are sitting in humi's in the US frightened to come out?

Camacho still make pre-embargo tobacco cigars. As I understand it they have tobacco that was bundled and had been aging since 1962 (or erlier) in a barn somewhere that was never rolled. How they authenticate it I don't know.
Mike: Neil, it is very rare you interest me, but today you have. Why do you keep coming in here, carrying a cake, and saying surprise? Neil: It's my birthday. Mike: Now you knew that anyway, and we don't care, so where's the surprise? The Young Ones

i've smoked a few of them, they're ok,not great. from what i understand there is only a leaf or two of pre embargo tobacco included.just enough to get away with calling them pre embargo...

There were also some real dinky little things (in five packs), but I can't remember what they were called. The 'Lords of England' range has since been resurrected by Jamaican manufacturers I believe, but I couldn't find out much about them.
I've possibly misled with the term pre-embargo, but with a date of circa 1920, I guess they definately were pre, the embargo (by a couple of years at least)
