I must say, I really enjoyed this. Wasn't quite sure how a virtual tasting would work, but it certainly did.

I thought it was excellent. Especially interesting were the similarities between cigar production and distilling (and, indeed, as they touched on, tea and perfumes too), when it comes to blending in particular. Great background on whisky and cigar trends and changes. Never tried a Cuaba before and was impressed. And a 62.4% ABV whisky ? Wow! Slept well!

Excellent - Scott and Jimmy are consummate professionals. Fascinating stuff.

It was a great evening, very well done and even though virtual it felt like I was at an event. In fact I'm that unsociable these days this virtual stuff suits me quite well.
Lovely cigar and one I haven't had for a few years either. Whiskeys were excellent too, especially the special bottling at 62%, fantastic stuff.
I've been looking at the next event and the CGars ones today, think I will sign up to a couple more of these.

It was indeed a good event, as previous ones have been. I thoroughly enjoyed the Cuaba

I joined my first virtual cigar event last night. We smoked the Joya de Nicaragua’s ‘Shut the Box’ Antano Robusto Grande and drank 5 whiskies from Glenfarclas - 10yo, 15yo, 18yo, 25yo & 105. Not gonna lie got slightly drunk 😂
