You'll get different view on what's mild, but my favourite mild/medium's would be any LGC first of all. But then Monte's and Upmanns.Originally posted by londoncigarsmoker View PostI quite like this advice. Think it’s a good shout, will give that shot. Any recommendations of a good mild cigar to try?
If thinking NC, then Davidoff are ideal, otherwise think Connecticut wrappers generally a good sign they'll be mild

If you've got a really smooth cigar, no worries with retrohale. But definitely peppery or spicy cigar, on the nose are a killer!
You can dilute the smoke in your mouth before blowing through the nose..--
I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

Never blow the full drag out through your nose. Try to exhale about 80% of it through your mouth and just the last bit through the nose with lots of air from your lungs to dilute. Start with as little as possible and then work your way up from there.Originally posted by londoncigarsmoker View PostI only came across this phrase a couple of days ago. Watched a video on YouTube about it. Gave it a shot with a CAO Flathead 770... and it made me have tears in my eyes 😂 I feel like I need much more practice with.
Im currently really struggling to identify flavour notes so am hoping this technique will help.
