Impact of lockdown on cigars

A vid from Dirk about the situation in Holland they are proper locked down. There have been riots apparently! So shops have been boarded up. There's almost no cigars coming out of Cuba at the moment because they use passenger planes to ship. Now habanos are having to organise containers on ships so obviously a lot slower.

Nice to hear a bit about what's going on on the inside. And here's hoping things normalise soon. I'll like to visit when they open up!

Over here I understand h&f hold very large stock. So not sure if there have been shortages.

Before Brexit slammed the door Hacico had quite a restricted stock of Cubans, that is unlikely to improve, not that we can go to Hamburg anymore than we can Holland.

and at H&F prices I am sure they will be holding large volumes of stock for a while yet... thankfully most of us have enough to ride out the period through to the next election and re-joining the customs union/ some more reasonable 'deal' than we're lumbered with now... some of our fine BOTLS have stock to last through to the next pandemic and beyond!
