I was thinking more shorter smokes for the day and something decent for later on

You might want to start them off with something small like an El Rey Del Mundo Demi Tasse or RyJ petit julieta. I doubt a baby could handle anything bigger.

You could go for a Petite Robusto for a 45-60 minute smoke. HdM, Media Corona, Medio Siglo, QdO 50, D5, Petit Churchill. And later crack open a big gun. Lusitania, Monte 2, Connie B, Esmeralda.
