No doubt this is just another overpriced stick for the rich and stupid

As Cohiba has the Behike line and Romeo y Julieta has the Línea de Oro, Partagás now has the Línea Maestra, an ultra-premium extension to the Partagás brand. | Cigar Aficionado

My only thoughts are, what awful bands. Clearly appealing to the gaudy.

The bands do look a bit tacky. Like NC bands 😑

They might taste amazing though so hopefully they’re not too ridiculously priced and we get a chance at trying em out

Yeah the bands do look awful what was wrong with just jazzing up the regular band.

They might taste amazing but I feel the price tag is going to be £100+ and I couldn't justify paying that per stick even as a treat but that's just me being tight fisted haha

I think this will be priced alongside the RyJ Linea Doro and Monte Linea series. As will similar lines surely coming soon from HUpmann, Hoyo, punch, Juan Lopez, etc.....
              .--
I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

I'm in the minority I fear....I really like the band. Blue and gold always looks great together IMO
I'm sure I won't like the price though.
I reckon they'll be around the same price as the Montecristo 1935 and the RyJ Serie d'Oro so expect to pay at least £35 for one

Maybe I overestimated the price a touch but that's just what I would expect from Cuba nowadays there is very little stock of "normal" sticks anywhere but they keep pumping out the premium sticks

I am also very curious about the new Montecristo Open Slam which has also been announced.. and I very much like their new labelling.. but I am a sucker for a green band!

If they're anything like the 1935 and Linea D'oro then they will be excellent. The blue bands are very unusual though, can't think of any other Cuban cigars using that colour.

Those Partagas look amazing, imo. I’ll be interested in trying all of these & the new sporty monte, if I can get hold of them!

No. I think this colour is a first since Habanos was formed anyway.
