  • Punch Cutter

Can anyone recommend a half decent punch cutter ? Ideally one that can go on my key ring as the one I have is on its last legs.

I just bought a cheap one from amazon years ago and it's still going strong. Doesn't need to be anything fancy, my only recommendation is that you choose one with the bevel on the outside so it's easy to sharpen.

I've got an adorini double punch I was gifted here and it's done me well for years. Starting to look its age from being dropped and things but still does the job

It's not sold any more unfortunately but was called the Eono Essentials cigar punch. Two sizes, 7 & 9mm - I only ever use the 7.

                CGars do something similar here

Or this one (although only a 7mm)

                This is a twin....but 5mm & 7mm

This one from CGars is amazing. 8mm & 10mm but it's not a keyring.
Super, super sharp. Punches with no effort at all

I’ve had this on my keyring for over 10 years, still going strong. No bits to lose!

paying double for it at cgars:

                    never had to sharpen it

Lol I actually have one of these. First time I used it I caught my skin on my hand in it. Never made that mistake again! I still don't even know how I managed to do that.

I have a couple of Adorini double punch which to be honest I haven't really used so can't comment on but they are reasonably priced and you can also get a little leather pouch to store them in. This also offers 2 different sizes for the cut.

If you want something a bit fancier I have the ST Dupont Maxijet which I have used and can recommend. I also like that it retracts as that helps push the cap out after it's been used. This is only one size though but you can of course make multiple overlapping holes.

Nice looking punch might get me one of these. My v cutter is getting a bit worn.
