Can my aged Monte No2 be saved?

I just went to light up one of my aged Monte No2 and I can't draw anything from it. Can it be saved?

It's an old band 2006 to 2012. I acquired it a while back and I slowly introduced some humidity to it over a period of time. It's been about a year and a half now. I've got around 12 of them and this is the first one I've tried to smoke.
