I never do. Nothing 'snobby' about this or wanting to keep my upholstery fresh, I just think the space is too confined even with the windows open to smoke. So, I've a totally clean ashtray and a cigar lighter that's never used.
Am I alone?
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!
Not alone at all. I find that the smoke builds up too much in the car and with some of the winds we get up here rolling the window down more than an inch can be a mistake!
I also feel that I can't focus enough on the cigar while I am driving and if a cigar isn't worth focusing on then why am I smoking it?!

Not me!! I smoke in my car and it stinks like a cuban virgin less the fish!! But when i decide to change my banger for a more decent car i wont smoke in it.. However thats not happening for a while yet.
I usually do at night if I've been playing late in a band and there is a drive home. I find it stops me falling asleep and crashing off the M20. I usually have Muddy Waters up full blast and feel hip and alive. I have the windows open, too, so there is not too much of a honk the next day.
I love driving with a good cigar. I do.
I only do it alone, brothers. I only do it alone.
Never even desired to smoke in the car, cigars to me are about enjoyment and relaxation which you can't really do why you are concentrating on avoiding potential idiots cutting you up.
I'll smoke in my Dad's car when I borrow it, but then that's usually for long journeys. I just leave the passenger window open a bit and all the smoke gets sucked out.
I don't. Partly because of the smell, partly because my attention woudl be divided.
I only smoke in situations in which I can devote my attention entirely to the cigar. That's not to say I do: I'll still enjoy conversation, listen to music, etc., but if I chose to, I could focus solely on the cigar and take myself away into a world of smoke and joy. If I did that on the A251 I'd soon find myself in a bush
I'm still waiting for the whiskey to whisk me away
And I'm still waiting for the ashtray to lead me astray
