US Trade Deal Includes Tobacco Products.

Just reading through the various items under the deal and i noticed tobacco is featured.

I wonder if this opens up any opportunity to the American cigar market?

Obviously the uk taxes on tobacco still apply but it might make it cheaper and easier to import?
