Hi guys and gals, im very new to this website but as a 20 yr old i have had my fair share in the pleasure of cigar smoking. I prefer the gigger and fatter ones- my favourite being either the "El monsturo" or the "One Twenty Five" Whats the biggest or even best cigars youve ever had?
WelshSmoke
Possibly my top three 'best' cigars I've tried thus far are (from my blog's leaderboard):
Cohiba Maduro Secretos
La Gloria Cubana Gloriosos (a UK Regional Edition)
Cohiba Behike BHK 52
(Despite never being an avowed Cohiba fan).
(I woundn't necessarily say they were my favourites, as that would be an unanswerable question...) I also like Diplomaticos No2, Kristoff Maduro Robusto etc. All dependent upon the mood, what I fancy etc.
Best cigar ive smoked to date was through the kindness of a fellow botl here at the fine ukcf !
I met up with whisky77 anf Kdot on evening a few weeks ago and I had the privlage to smoke a Trinidad extra robusto. I believe this is its full title however I could be wrong but by god, it was sublime ! So smooth and rather sweet, t'was perfection for me .
Its hard to name best cigar by name definately. Same as fine wine, vintage also count, and if being very serious, also need to be down to the box nunber.
Let me try to write down the 3 most 'memorible' smoke for me since i started last year.
1. Party LE 2008 - reason : My first proper cigar
2. HdM Epi 1 (1998) - reason : wow, that's why ppl smoke aged cigars !
3. RA small club corona - reason : small in size but taste like big ones
Someones favourite cigar may be your most despised Welsh. It is a fine activity that requires YOUR mouth to taste the cigar not someone elses and the biggest factor that depends on how much you have enjoyed the cigar is your personal enjoyed tastes.
