Hi Andy, if no one has replied by monday (when I'm free and in reach of a box) drop me a message and I'll measure a D4 box for you. Can't help with the HDMs though.

I don't have a box of Diplo 4, but a box of Upmann PCs (exactly the same vitola) is:
220mm x 146mm x 38mm
