hm...this is something new for cigar forums, as Gary said, very unusual thread...I absolutely agree with all said above...it is not normal, you should rather seek medical advice!

Smoking is relaxing, but nicotine in high doses is certainly a cause of anxiety. My suggestion: smoke a very mild tobacco in a pipe…

A cigar forum isn't thebestplace to be seeking medical advice. I would really recommend seeing your GP. Don't worry about telling them you've taken drugs, legal or not, as they are bound by confidentiality and see this kind of thing regularly. Remember legal does not mean safe. That said, I'm utterly convinced things will improve rapidly for you. Speak to someone though.
In my non-medical (but educated) opinion, I would personally suspect that a cigar would make your anxiety (and dizziness) worse due to the stimulant effects of nicotine.

Berry, If you check out Fly agaric mushrooms in Wilkepaedia, you'll see plenty of info on why taking any amount would be a bad idea. I couldn't find an entry for Mean Green. I would suggest talking to a drug consellor or community pyschiatric nurse (if they still exist in the UK), as to your need to experiment with such mind altering drugs. These are way out from the 'norm' of tobacco & alcohol & as natural products, the dosage all vary & the effects be different with each ingestion. I wouldn't recommend going down this path full stop.

This is an unusual thread, but I'll add my two cents worth anyway. Firstly I'd definately recommend you getting to a doctor asap, probably should have gone before now. Secondly, because the majority of people don't usually inhale cigars it may not be as much of a problem in terms of making you dizzy, as your thinking it could be???

Personally i think that you would be better talking to a doc or something.

I'm not suggesting there is a problem with the cigars, it just sounds to my layman brain that if you're prone to panic attacks doing something that you feel concerned about which is meant to be pleasurable seems counter productive.

If you've caused psych problems with narcotics adding another psycoactive drug to the mix may not be the best idea.

I think the fact you're worrying about smoking them is a problem in itself.

will cigars be a problem?.
Ok so i suffer from anxiety it started after i had some fly agaric mushrooms and some legal weed mean green (all fully legal). So the agarics caused me extreme panic attacks and the legal weed caused me alot of anxiety still now nearly 2 months after i feel constantly dissy and kind of weird this is because of my anxiety.
So its like a circle ( panic attacks ==== dissyness ==== weirdness ==== panic attacks and so on) So im worryed that a cigar will cause me dissyness and if it does it could send all my anxiety off worse again.
So do you think cigars could cause me dissyness or any kind of chilled, spaced out feeling?Tags: None
