and if your worried about the nicotine maybe you should give any type of smokeing a miss.
also stick to the ilegal drugs in future much better than ingesting plant food or any number of made up chemical cocktails

If you're not a regular smoker Berry, there is always the chance that you might feel a bit queasy smoking a strong, large guage cigar. Once the ol' vitamin N (nicotine) kicks in...well have a research on the net as the effects of too much.

I agree with you't to a point but the forums big and separated into sections their are sections that are disturbing but their are also some very helpfull people in the psychedelic section especially.

its like all forums its a mixed community but theirs good and disturbing everywhere so dont judge everyone. BL is run very well and they where created for advice to getting off drugs or should we say recomend the safe use of drugs if they are going to be used. Not to recomend people to take illegal drugs
