Looks like I might need a shed too. Just heard from wife dearest, that Belgium has finally closed the door on smoking in the cafes that don't serve food. If true (& I suspect it is) I am really disappointed. This wouldn't have been driven by the people, the current system was working fine with plently of cafes Non-Smoking for the non smokers to go to. Still be interesting to see how they interpret the outdoor shelters. Currently full marque tents have been provided by some hotels & none of the bus stop types with one side open & gaps top & bottom around the other sides.
I have an idea of gettting an allotment, I just have to find one available with a good sized shed & little room for growing veg (just away too much). They have some fruit tree only sections would be perfect.

Simon-JG-hr I reckon at my height I could fit in there!

M1F2R3 - definitely, was looking at those too. That ?299 is a bargain but I doubt it'll be warm in the winter!

One of these is what you need...

    playhouse.jpg

Have to admit that this is one of the reasons that disappoint me about being without a garden of my own in Plymouth (though I am far above rising sea-levels, so bring it on global warming!). However, I did once try and get a smoking shack for my parents' garden so that I had a somewhere for my herfing in Glos. In-fact, I think I was looking at the same site as you Deano. Unfortunately they caught wind of the idea and quickly put some decking into the only appropriate space. Bastards...

My children evicted me from the playhouse when they could no longer stand the smell, nowt to do with Cigars, possibly the fact they now have stereo, freeview tv and adult furniture, ungrateful toads that they are.

My two penneth worth; get your new shack insulated and lined, fit blinds, spotlights, furniture, fill with favourite books, pictures, music, a chair, add desk, computer and printer, pipe in Sky TV under the flowerbed - and call it your office. Works for me

Tobacco candles don't work, the Csonka air purifier does however. Yes it's a bit pricy but I bought mine from C.Gars and it works much better than any tobacco candle, left on all night all tobacco smells will be removed by the morning.

If only I could afford to smoke a lot. When I purchased my house 12 months ago the double garage was perfect for rebuilding my Landrover. But nestled up to it is a 5mX6m summerhouse. With a brick chimney built in ready to accept a woodburner. I can't afford to put a burner in there yet, plus I can't afford to smoke my stock to fast as it only gets replenished when I do a bit of casual work and have spare cash. I so need a job so I can take up smoking full time, like a real hobby
