It is a belicoso/torpedo. You can tell by the way the "cap" curls around. (At least that's what I would think an unraveled torpedo would look like.)
The red, yellow, and brown colors represented in the hot dog picture represent the colors of the cigar label. (A Diplomatico or maybe a Cohiba?).
I now have to venture another guess: A Partagas P5Business in the front. Party in the back.
