Just a thought - would it be too complicated if, rather than each person sending three cigars to the same person, each of us sends one cigar to three different people? It would even-out the 'generous' ones and give more variety.Comment

Posting one cigar to 3 different people? No thanks. The P&P cost is more or less the same for one as for 3. Hopefully with your three you'll get one nicer one & two decent ones, can't ask much more than that. At least by limiting it to 3 sticks then we don't end up with someone getting a dozen & everyone else feeling they dipped out.
