If we're talking proportionately PP, as long as little CJ is not comparable to this guys cigar, things should be ok

              Gentlemen, we have a winner...

              C was born on 06/11/09, 18.39hrs and weighed in at 7lb 6oz

The actual weight eluded competitors throughout, but according to my list, the closest in weight and earliest submitted time was Sir Whisk, our Scottish, singlemalting connoisseur: 7lb 7oz at 07.52 on the 10th October, just ahead of Boss Hogg who submitted 7lb 5oz at 10.04 on the same day.

              Well done Craig
You'll have a PM a bit later mate

Should anyone notice any discrepencies in the above, please chirp up (we are up three times a night at the moment and the brain gets frazzled easily these days)

I've popped another pic up as the one on the first page, seems to have been swiped

                Another competition?

Cheers CJ, did you say the prize was a single or a box, I can`t remember.

I had forgotten all about the competition to be honest with you.Perhaps I should have another competition of my own just to keep things interesting and keep the interest levels up?

Glad to have beaten Boss (who did win my last competition). He seems to be really jammy when it comes to guessing the answers.

                  Craig,
There was a box on offer, but sadly they were for sale on a site across the pond

Well done again. Another Whiskycomp would be great.

And don't forget BOTL, there's nothing stopping you doing one yourself for a bit of fun.

                      Hang on a minute!!!

How come you rounded it up???? there was an oz between each of us!!

Looks like a deadlock situation to me, should go to the public vote!

                      or cut it in half?

Hi Boss - I think I read that CJ went with Whisk as he put his bid in before you. You were both 1oz out but you were the later of the two entries...keep niggling him...he might still send you a booby prize

I'll let him off, and put it down to his sleep deprived state altering his perception.

Apologies for the late reply, I though this was done

Sorry Mark, rules is rules, from page 1.

"In the event that someone, or multiple members get the actual weight, it will be the earliest guess winning. In the event no-one gets it, the closest will win, with the same ruling applicable in terms of when the guess was submitted.

                            Good luck"

To be honest, it was close by both and I'll have a think about how to make you both feel special...(no suggestions please!)
