I totally will refund any that don't arrive or arrive in crap condition! Teach me to rely on first class royal mail. Sorry about this mess.

I remember the days you could rely on first class postal service. Nowadays I guess they want us to pay for the tracking.

Not your fault mate. I had a similar problem with a COTM before taking over a week to arrive, just stick them in the humi for a month. My post has been shocking since the start of COVID

Stopped into my local delivery office and enquired. My fault for not checking. I put a first class stamp on the a5 padded envelopes. Where's it should have been a large letter stamp. Or 2 first class stamps. I should have checked. I'm sorry for this. What an idiot I am.

The cigars should be fine for a good few days more. They are wrapped up.

But it's now my treat. Got a big birthday coming up 🥳😕😭😂 So I'll turn this one into my treat. Refunds coming. I hope they turn up in good enough condition for you all to enjoy!
