Dry boxed 2017 Partagas Mille Fleur & a 1990s H.Upmann cigarette with Cuban tobacco rolled in Holland

I thought it was an aged Partagas Mille Fleurs, even started typing it out as guess but then deleted it in case I was way off the mark and embarrassed myself lol. I've had some younger ones which have yet to develop but the flavours were familiar. The upmann mini was flavoursome for a mini - are they still in production?

The Mille Fleur are from 2016

The Upmann are Cigarritos from 1989
