Right guys, not going to be a long in depth review just my thoughts and opinions.

Construction - Very good, tight but not overly filled pack, with a light brown wrapper with minimal veins and a sweet floral and fresh tobacco taste.

First third - Very light flavours, maily fresh tobacco and what I can only describe as a black tea type taste, very good draw and smoke output, perfect burn

Second third - Same flavours continue but the tobacco taste becomes slightly bitter but not hot/spicy. Floral type flavours also emerge with a slight sweetness, burn becomes a bit uneven and requires one touch up

Final third - Bitterness subsides and makes way for more fresh tobacco and dark tea flaavours, also a hint of spice just on the lips after the very short finish which is nice and crisp, burn evens out and and no further touch ups required

Overall a very fresh cigar, lasted about 45 minutes. Very good smoke output and good burn overall. Only criticism would be that it was quite one dimensional but the one dimension it did offer was very pleasent so not much of an issue, hope youve enjoyed my brief review, let me know what you think, only my second review so go easy

    Overall 88

Top review James. They are very modest sticks but do the job for a 40-50 minute session.

Thanks for the review James, just wondering if you know the age of the stick, I find Reyes take a fair while to come really good?

i'm surprised by this review, i find reyes good to go after about a year!!! i bought 2 12count 2010 boxes last year and they barely lasted a couple of months! i've also had 12 count boxes from 2008 and 2009 and they've all been smashing!!! also, i've never, ever, had a 'duff' one yet, all mine have been amazing and a hellova lot more than one dimensional!!! better luck next time i guess james!!!!

I'm not saying I didn't like it because I certainly did. I'm just saying that there were not as many shifts in flavour as some other cigars can offer, and it was by no means 'duff'

I believe the Trini Reyes I purchased are 2010/11 not quite sure. Bought as singles so a little hard to tell unless you know your bands.

Just a guess but I think singles are sold young-ish. Still a knewbee to know the ages of cigars so go easy on me!

Have purchased 2 boxes because of this review.
Superb little smokes and everthing that is good in cubans.
                Even the box is tidy.
Everyone should try 1 at least.
