You can except in some places where the bye laws forbid it, for example in the parks in the Borough where I live. There is no general public drinking ban however and no need for brown paper bags except over the heads of some women you might pick up after a long session of public drinking.

I wasn't impressed with the Rocky Patel candela so i never got caught up in the excitement. I also read yesterday that St Patrick's colour was blue not green.

Come on now guys, we can't have our Irish brothers thinking we English are any more ignorant that they may already think we are.... The wearing of the green, has been going on since about 1700. Supposedly St Patrick converted the Irish Pagans by explaining the Holy Trinity in the form of the three leaf clover!...... Hence, green is important.

They appear to be very similar in the taste description of the factory throwouts, also the green wrapper is thinner than a gnats ass!

Same here mate like to keep my bands.

Got a good stanley knife in my tool box in my van ill try that next time
