Look very western style like with the gear and that style of band

I really want to get these and collect the metal gears! Strange that it's that way round though, my initial thought is it looks like it should be smoked in the opposite way.

    Good review again though!

    started a topic Foundry Cayley

    Foundry Cayley

The Cayley is the most expensive of the Foundry line probably being the hardest to roll. It's a bit like smoking a pyramid backwards. Same 8 year old Connecticut wrapper and mystery blend but starting with a tapered 43 gauge and swelling to 60 before closing at 56 with a pigtail cap at the end of its 6.5" length. Its a well made cigar with all its veins clearly visible on its light caramel coloured wrapper. The stick had just the right amount of spring and smelled only of sweet tobacco. Once cut the cold draw was easy and had a mild malty taste.
She lit easily and the narrow section burned dead straight with a pale grey and almost white ash that dropped at an inch and a half. The fatter sections needed a couple of corrections and relights but nothing serious.
The flavour remained constant throughout and was a combination of toast, leather and nuts. Weird yes but very enjoyable with no pepper at all. I would recommend picking up some of these or any of the range if you're stateside, this one would certainly attract some looks if smoked in company. And yes it does have the metal gear wheel but I removed it before putting it in my humidor because it lifts the tray above it.
