Cigar: Ramones Allones Small Club Corona
Drink: The Balvenie 21yrold Portwood

Construction: Good solid construction.
1st third:
After lighting I got the taste of rough leather which I found unpleaseant. To be fair I nearly always get this from any cigar directly after lighting it so I will put the cigar down for a few minutes to smoulder.
Once I'd let it settle I got a leathery tobacco with hints of sweetness, the cigar has a definate full flavour. The draw was pretty much spot on for my tastes, not so easy as to be a wind tunnel yet tight enough that you have to create a little suction. Smoke was about medium thickness but with a powerfull scent.
2nd third:
The leathery tast remained but became smoother and the sweet flavour that came with it increased in intensity. The smoke from the cigar now became a very smooth and pleaseant leathery/sweet tobacco that was a pleasure to inhale when not drawing on the cigar.
last third:
As before the leather taste became smoother and very easy going whilst the sweet flavour intensified even more. The cigar didn't over heat as many this size will also the flavours remained and I ended up smoking it for as lond as I could get a grip on it!
Overall:
This is an excellent minutos, the flavour does seem to develop to some degree which is quite an accomplishment considering the size. The ash held onto the cigar well, halfway in I had to remove it as none had fallen off yet! I have a sweet tooth so the sweet flavour in this cigar is something I really enjoy, the leathery taste is a little rough for the first few minutes but it becomes more mellow the more you smoke. I'll be buying more of these.
Whisky: Very good smooth speyside whisky with port tones coming through at first with a silky smooth finish.

Have to admit to not having had any of the RASCCs, but the few RASSs I've had have been delicious (so I shall endeavour to give the RASCC a go in the near future).
