anywhere near Heathrow airport?

so about a week til i arrive in england, and my wife and i are travelling seperately, as i am using a long service trip courtesy of my old man, so I'll be arriving about 5 hrs before she does, and im considering hanging around at the airport for her (alternative is she gets a taxi to our hotel in canary warf, not fun when i was told it will be 100+quid). so two questions;
is there anywhere near or at the airport i can purchase butane gas for my lighter? no idea what terminal im flying in to
where, can i go for a nice sit down and smoke, either at or near the airport?

Sorry Puff, you are right, I forgot that bit. I find the best way to go is to take a small amount of cash and NO credit cards. Ajay has lots of lovely toys and is extremely good at separating the cigar lover and his/her money.

Having said all that, it's a must do and perfect for a Heathrow lay over. 2 really good cigars worth plus taxi to and from = 5 hours of heaven.

that place sounds awesome. forgot to mention, i land at 5.20am, she lands at about 10.30. i guess it would be weird for Ajay to be arriving to open up shop, and there is a frozen, over tired Aussie breakaway sitting on his doorstep, asking for a light.
upon reflection, im guessing not many places that are good for smoking will be open at 5.30am, shouldve thought of that before the post! oh well, ive learnt something. thanks Puff & Nic.

Hi mate just get the tube [Picadilly line] to Green Park, jump off turn right past the Ritz round the corner grab a full english breakfast nip into JJ Fox's [2min from Green Park] enjoy the finest EMS Cubans they have on offer soak up some history hop back on the tube Jubillee line to Canary Wharf 30 seconds outside nip into Boisdales enjoy a single malt form the worlds largest whisky bar and another stogie, stroll up to the hotel same time as the missus, happy days ! Thats how us Poms like to plan our day. Av a good un.

Erm ..would that be in size or stock? I don't think that's their claim ..I think I may have several friends who beat them hands down on stock but only have a small private bar... + they have lots of blends whereas one American friend of mines collection of single malts alone tops 4K bottles at his last audit....& you could get at least 500 people around his pool area....
It's not a bad bar though..as long as someone else is paying....
