  • Habanos Travel Series?

Hi, just wondering if any BOTL, on their travels, sampled a 2010 HdM Double-Epicure?

To be honest, hadn't realised HSA released a "Travel-Series" until this cigar (pretty damn appealing to my taste buds!) came to my attention last year, and assume it would be probably be available through various Airport Duty Free's etc.

I'd hunt them down, but just considering whether they're potentially a mediocre tourist gimmick

    Anyone know different!? Cheers....

I've similar thoughts to yourself due to liking the Epi1 & 2, hunted for some in Heathrow T5 duty free on the way out in November but no luck.

What is the general opinion of Heathrow's humidors? I think I flew from T1 but was shocked to see the hygrometer readings in a couple of shops (duty free, whiskey shop) as low as 50 and none higher than 62. Are their gauges just off?

Terminal 5 has quite a large row of humidors, much better than many other airports I've seen. Way better than the other Heathrow terminals as well.

Ok, hopefully I'll have some excuse to go through there soon. Had my eye on some Punch Coronation Tubos but didn't trust the storage conditions!

Do you ever travel to Gibraltar? I saw some in Stagnetto's last year.

Bingo!...on my way out in a few weeks, so will check Staggies. Gib-trip 50 limit is always tough for a kid in a sweet-shop! but I'm sure I'll have the chance to sample one or two if I can find 'em!

              Cheers.
