I am still fairly new to cigar smoking but was lucky enough to visit Cuba last year so was able to start with various Cuban brands, however I am off to Mexico in a few days and although I know I can buy Cuban there I was wondering if the are any decent Mexican cigars I could try. I would be grateful for any feedback
Sure. Be wary of "glass-top" Cuban Boxes. There are lots of counterfeits in Mexico. If the price is too good to believe, walk away. If possible, stick with the La Casa del Habanas to ensure you are getting the genuine article. I know of a few - Tijuana, Cancun, and maybe Cabo San Lucas. You can look it up, however.
Mexico is a great place to live/visit, if you don't mind third-world culture.
Enjoy!
