    Hey guys

Looking for a little bit of advice here - off to Cyprus on Sunday. I've got some humi pouches for some cigars. Do we think put them in the main luggage nice and safe or the hand luggage where they are under my watchful eye? Looking for some advice here!

    Cheers

    Tom

If I am packin a hard travel humi then happy to put it in the hold. For pouches probably hand luggage.

Cheers guys - going to go with hand luggage and cut the cigars before I leave. Not having my cutter confiscated by over zealous customs!!

Surely you can carry your cutter in your luggage? I always do

Technically you can take one in your hand luggage but security will quite often not know there own rules. Hold baggage should always be Ok.

Yeah that is what mean, cant see any problem in the hold. I often stash narcotics and penguins in there .. etc

I travel relatively light (usually flying visits), plus I always overpack, so I only ever have space in my luggage for a puffin. If I were to try and squeeze a penguin in there I'd have no space for the narcotics. Unless we're talking about chocolate bars and legitimate medication... in which case I may have said too much already...

I take the assumption that everything in the hold is likely to be lost and pack / insure based on that.
