Lovely country with a faded charm but the thing that really stuck out for me is how kind, friendly and well educated the people are.

Funny you should say that, what stuck out for me as well was that it mattered not whether you were black, white, Hispanic or somewhere in between, first and foremost you were Cuban and there appeared to be no hierarchy based on skin colour. Unlike a lot of the rest of the Caribbean.
