Reporting from Andorra

This is the price full to full no extras, fully insured (you have to pay the usual self pay if damaged). I bought myself out of that for 70 Eur - something I NEVER do, but did because I was heading 11 days into the mountain villages with tiny streets. Other than that nothing.

We really are spoiled in the UK aren't we. Think of all those other places that don't have the opportunity to pay through the nose for everything, nor to be able to give thier worthy government lots of taxes...

Doesn't say how many wheels and not clear from picture...

Just rented a Berlingo for 4 pax with lots of luggage out of Barca for 11 days for 53 euro. I thought it was a joke when I ordered, but true nonetheless. [emoji41]

Where are you finding these prices?! I still need to book a car for next month but was tempted to get something I?ll enjoy a bit considering it looks a decent drive

Should be possible - I only know the busses from Barca - they take app. 3 1/2 hours. But as you can rent a fiat 500 for 3 euros a day (yes !!!) I?d just pick the freedom of the car[emoji41]

Could I do a day trip from either Barcelona or Perpignan if I just want to get in and out quickly? preferable the later straight from the airport with a coach service?

No reason you couldn't either hire a car or if you get the early bus you can get the later one back same day

Am I right in thinking all the cigar shops are full boxes only in Andorra? I can see they do the three packs and that but no mention or sign that they split down to singles?

Those prices are crazy compared to what I?ve been looking at on UK sites. Guess it?s time to book a holiday.
