Morning All,

A quick update while I'm back (briefly) at my desk before heading to InterTabac convention in Dortmund. Last week's launch, I'm delighted and relieved to say, was a triumph. A wonderful evening in convivial surroundings, with an incredible roll call of guests and their partners. The book has been really well received so far, I signed copies in Davidoff of St James's, JJ Fox and Sautter over the weekend and have shifted more copies in a few days than I dared hope. Thanks to all of you who've come out for a signed copy and a chat. And much thanks to those who bought pre-orders and are still waiting for their copies. Apologies, I had hoped to get them to you long before this, but best laid plans and all that... They should be landing on doormats as we speak, so please enjoy and thank you again for your support.

A plea - if you enjoy the book, please spread the word. There's no point in having a great book if no-one knows about it, so your help in reviewing on websites, Amazon, social media etc would be very much appreciated. I realize we're all short of time, but anything you can do will be great.

Cheers all - I'll keep you posted on new developments, signing dates etc. I can confirm that I have a special diary date in early October to host a cigar event for shooting Gods, Purdey. If you're interested in more details, give me a nudge. These are selling fast and are, dare I whisper it, incredibly good value!
