Hello all.

I'm going to be spending a few weeks working in Abu Dhabi in October. Has anyone been there recently?

Stock levels aside, are there any shops worth visiting? Or is the airport duty free the best way to go? Unsure of prices out there, or how much free time I'll have to go hunting 🤔. Thanks for any pointers.

We were there March 2020, just befor elock down. Didn't see any cigar shops ( we were cruising rather than flying) but one tip I can give you is to make time to visit the Grand Mosque, it really is stunning.

There is a LCDH in Abu Dhabi, inside the mall at the first Floor if im not mistaking.

I was there end 2019, i remember that the prices were very high. Because of that, i assume, I was still able to find some discontinued stuff. I bought a box of VR Don Alexandro and partial box of Punch Robusto RE 2008

Dont know the current situation though
