  • Manchester Lounge?

I'm going to have a couple of hours spare to kill in Manchester next weekend, so thinking a cigar should do that nicely.

Google throws up some tobacconists and hotels, but given the weather could be a bit touch and go, I'd prefer to be inside if possible.

    Anyone any recent experiences anywhere?

    Cheers

Here's a generic but more specialised than Google https://cigars.co.uk/where-to-buy-smoke/

    Local knowledge always better though.

Thanks, that is a much better way to search. Also confirms there are no lounges, strange for somewhere the size of Manchester.

As a general question, terraces in these places that sell cigars, are they open to regular Joe Public without having to be a guest at the hotel or pay for one of their cigars? Some of these places seem to be fairly 'exclusive' 🤔

If anything like down here, there might be a minimum spend. Example 10 Manchester St. 35£ min spend, smoke your own cigars.

Other places will be membership like Soho Whisky Club.

But they'll usually say on their sites.

        Good luck finding nice terrace!

Hotel Dakota, buy a drink and a cigar from their humidor, the lounge is great.
