Do you mean Sky Harbour Phoenix? I've been through a dozen times but don't think I ever looked, sorry. Can he pick up prior to duty free?

Arizona has some of the best cigar shops and lounges around, The online famous ,cigarsdaily is 20minutes away, from the main Phoenix airport could order online and get it picked up
