I would recommend a trip to the LCDH, its slightly out of the centre of town but easily accessible by the metro, the only other place I can recall was in the the dead centre of town called NOLI, its in the main shopping precinct. There are little tobacconist dotted around worth popping in but have no experience of the lounges.
"I know I said that I wouldn't buy more cigars for a while..........but these were a bargain !!"

That's really taking the piss. They're €210 for a box. I was under the impression that Italian prices were the same everywhere and gouging wasn't allowed

yep same here re being same price throughout the country..... couldn't believe it, even got him to show the guy the halfwheel article, but he wasn't having it
Official retail is 300€ a box. NO shops have them in stock officially. BUT most shops can call a previous customer/friend who “might” sell a box - price will be 4-500€, and if you want, the “friend” will bring it to the shop in less than 1 hour.
In reality there is no “customer/friend”, the boxes are right there behind the shelf - EVERY tobacconist in Italy's big cities know about Bond Robert's and the flipping of boxes, and they want their piece of the cake.
STRICTLY illegal though, if Polizia Fiscal can prove this, shop (incl LCDH) closes IMEDIATELY!
A disgusting practise, but I can understand they limit what they want to sell, every day hoards and busloads of Chinese and Vietnamese tourist pound the most frequented tourist cities tobacconist's for Cuban cigars - EVERY DAY!
4 months living in Italy and driving around the countryside spending countless hours, have given me a handful of good trustworthy friends in shops, and I get a few boxes here and there, but you've got to be willing to buy something else worth something to the shop owner also sometimes, ie a box of Partagas Rito (1.560€) - so don't come cheap😎

So glad I now have enough stock & don't have to play the chasing game & current pricing, real or otherwise! I honestly haven't bought anything, except on this forum for ages. Once Stevie has run out of stock to sell - we'll all be in trouble!.

It's kind of bonkers how they've priced that Maestra range, 1560-1660 euros in Italy (and similar price too in wider Europe), but here you can still get them for 1150-1250
