Not sure but sounds like you can get good coffee and beer there.

I visited a couple of stores in Santa Cruz when I visited just after Covid.
Ended up buying a couple of boxes of Cubans from the big department store - El Corte Inglez
This was before the Cuban price hike. They had a few bits and pieces, lots of Tenerife / Canary Island cigars.
I bought a few of those too. They weren't bad actually.
