This place sounds like almost the perfect venue. No minimum spend in the bar & they're happy for you to smoke your own cigars???? The UK needs more of these no?

There's a few around, one in Leeds and Newcastle as well.
The steak restaurant and cocktail menu looks alright, has anyone been?

I've been there twice, it's more than a terrace, it's more like a large conservatory with ventilation at the top. There is plenty of comfortable seating and tables, it's heated and there is bar service. It's worth asking if its going to be busy and reserving a table if necessary.
