One thing I'd like to do is to visit a to tobacco farm. Its not an option from Havana, so is there one close to Trinidad? Or am I best trying to arrange something in Varedaro?

I went on the 2 day overnight tobacco trip last year. You got a trip round a factory, wander round Havana, tropicana and the following day to a tobacco farm. Lots of travelling time on the coach but a great trip.

You will love Havana, tho the first couple of nights you will have to adjust to time difference, people are great , where in Varadero are you staying the beaches are amazing the sea is very warm. Plenty of places to buy smokes and as you know never off the street.

Trinidad was one of my favourite places when i visited a couple of years ago. I am sure you will have a fantastic holiday, the Cubans are great people.
