Hope this isn't too much of a thread hijack, but i've been reading good things about Qintero Londres Especiale, how do these compare to the JLP petit cazadores? Seem to get better reviews than JLP.

The Quintero is very acidic. I find it agressive when the Piedra pt caz, with a similar rusticity, is more rounded, and tastes richer?

I take it you mean the Londres Extra?

Depends which marka you prefer. I went through a box of Q Panatelas and a box of Q Londres Extra side by side and there wasn't any difference taste wise and size wise they are basically the same. If anything the panatelas has more flavour but that was comparing them side by side. If you were given a panatela and told it was a LE or vice versa you most likely wouldn't notice any difference.

Panatelas has the option to come in tubes though (Although the stock of them has dropped lately) which is always a benefit.

Ah yes, Londres Extra is what I meant, that's because I was just looking at the Party PC Especiale. Thanks for the insight C.Q, I've been enjoying watching your YouTube videos, and you've certainly got me interested in a brand that I'd not given much thought previously.

No problemo, and thanks! I've been wanting to do some more reviews but it's been raining here for two weeks, Haven't lit anything up never mind filmed! I was gifted a Punch DC, HDM DC and San Cristolbal Muralles recently so need some decent weather to review those bad boys. The SCM is 7x54!!

The quinteor panatelas is by far the best you can get IMO, the churchill was supposedly fantastic when aged though. There is a robusto being set for release next year which looks exciting. Expect to see it 2013 though...
