Yes based on his opinion they are the same, just cause the man puts it in writing does not make it true though. I have never had a no 4 and petit tubo taste the same.

In my humidor I have both RyJ Mille Fleurs and Tubo #2s, they are identical in size and can't be told apart, are they the same cigar?
In answer to your question Peejay. No, they are not. The clue to the Mille Fleurs is in the name, it's a milder, fresher more vegetal smoke. The Tubos 2 are stronger (medium), they still have the characteristic Cuban twang but have more in the way of woods/pepper. They're quite harsh young, though knowing your preference for fuller, darker flavours you'll probably prefer the Tubos.
