Simon Chase interview for UK Cigar Scene Magazine (Part 2)

Luckily, although my interview with him was filmed in late October last year I did ask him this question.

He also talks about his development of many of the cigar books we read to help us understand the processes and his work to create the exemption for specialist cigar stores which allows us all to 'sample' a cigar with impunity in England.

If you see him you might want to buy him a drink!

Sounds interesting Nic, Sure I'll buy Simon a drink, if he's bring the smokes!

      A Home Run!

I think you're hitting the mark with this new venture. If memory serves, the first playboy had Marylin, you got Simon Chase! Well done, compadre!

I'm going to wait for the perfect moment when I can sit back with one of don TJ's finest puros and a Habana rum to enjoy Part II of you interview with don Chase!

I trust you are still doing the London Puro Walks. I'm hoping to take the walk next time one of us in the UK.

TJ, I would line up a walk for you if you were coming to the UK all the way from Mexico (again) you know that. Lots has changed since you've been here.

I am doing the walk in the summer for a group of Churchill lovers from the USA. More of that later. You have given me an idea... I shall pop chat with Deano.

Not Soames, but it does remind me of one of my favourite put downs of all time. A former 'girl friend' of 'fatty' Soames said that sex with him was like a wardrobe falling on you...... with the key still in it, allegedly .

Great to hear, se?or brokenwing. Unabashedly, I can say that the great puro walk of 2009 was perhaps the finest moment we Coros experienced, albeit vicariously through se?or stevietheposer, in association with this forum.

The Walk is a MUST for all puro aficionados and wanna-bees, alike!

Hey El Perro! I thought a mystery member was coming to SoM this year?

(Ahem!) Nothing's in stone, blu-balls, so let's keep it on the down-low!
