If you need help I can even help you buy them and they're guaranteed to be better at the same price.
    might PM you on this!

Homage watch has the characteristics of a more expensive watch- a look a like. A fake has the branding and is deliberately passed off as real.

So the same applies here, I feel - I hadn't realised there was such a big industry in fake cigars. I just have less experience with cigars so wanted to check with the experts on here. So thanks to all for the input, bullet dodged.

I work on the old adage that if it looks too good to be true, then it is.

Can you try one from the box? If you see the box yourself, pick one out and if you like it then it doesn't matter whether it's fake or not, it's ?200 well spent haha

Yeah - I thought my way of putting that may be a bit harsh... I didn't mean for the op to sell them on or deceive them as such... But yeah Fake

I had 2 fake cohiba V in Cuba just a few weeks ago and they were most certainly fake.... The bands said it all... Especially the bands, which gave it away!

Now, I would most definitely paid ?200 for a box, without doubt because they were excellent and definitely Cuban tobacco. The ones I had were lovely!

I actually think they were RYJ leaf... But could be wrong!

However, no doubt the mother working in a factory etc make them fake!

Mrs P would say the same if it was friend of a friend...

I would take the risk! If they end up being naff, offer them to people who wouldn't know, or the people who accept a cigar, have never smoked one but go for the biggest... They won't know either!
