Bolivar royal corona construction problems

Hi guys. Newbee question here. iv been buying the odd single bolivar royal corona from my local tabaconist. I love the flavour of this cigar, but been having some real bad construction issues. i was wondering if this is typical of the cigar, or maybee a bad box the shop is using for singles?

The last 2 sticks i have bought have been burning through the middle of the cigar and through the wrapper further down?

Yep poorly constructed. Are you buying from a big cigar specialist or a small tobacconist? If you take the cigars back to the shop they should exchange them.

It is a big cigar specialist with a chain of stores. I havnt got the cigars anymore to take back, but will know for the future. Thanks

If you send them an email or ring them up and tell them what happened and that they were unsmokeable then they will send you replacements still. Same with if you get plugged cigars.

For what people are forced to pay in the UK seems reasonable to get a replacement.

Taking a picture in the future may be pertinent, just as a backup to cover your claim.

these things do happen. One box of bolivar royal corona always has some sticks not well constructed.
