Christoph A. Puskar, one of the big guys at 5th Avenue (the distributor for Germany, Austria and Poland) has just confirmed on Twitter that the next 5th Avenue RE will be a Por Larranaga Corona in a 50 cab.
Regional release cab! Wow is that a first? Sounds like a good opportunity to organise a split, not a marca I'm particularly familiar with but the Montecarlo is great and I only hear good things about the PC.

RA released three 50 cabs as RE's that I know of but they were extremely limited (between 240 and 600), two of those also had 25 count boxes released.
I love the marca and will be all over this but I think that it will be tough to get more than one cab, all depends on the number of boxes produced of course. But a lot of collectors will be hunting for this RE.
Great news indeed Gojira, darn I just bought a PLPC cab of 50! I'll try to get one of these on the basis I do love the PLPC (my fav PC) but hoping the price won't be too high, coz x50 makes it an espensive buy (my cab wa sonly E325).

I would be surprised if they are under 10euro each, so a 50 cab at least 500euro. As you say, pricing will be crucial. If its too high, just buy more PLPC cabs instead

The PLPC is my favorite PC as well. I have another cab on the way to put into deep sleep for half a decade.

My guess is that the cabs will be priced somewhere between 450€ to 550€. I agree with buying more PLPC cabs since one can't have enough of those but I believe that the German RE will be a bit different in taste so it might be worthwhile to purchase a cab once it hits the market.
Never tried a Por Larranaga but I did have a single PLPC sat in my humidor. Maybe after seeing the enthusiasm here I should stop ignoring it and give it a go

The PLPC is a cigar that smokes best with a few years on it. It will develop a caramel flavor over the years that is rather unique in my opinion.

Not common but common enough Serbia/Russia RE was a 50 cab of 109 sized cigars last year

A monte 3 is 10.5 Euro in Germany and there markup on re is not normally a lot so would expect 550 ish
These have been released it seems, 10.20euro each. Will be hard to find I reckon, I wonder if @gojira has a few cabs yet
I have been working on a couple of cabs. In secret. Only 1600 boxes. But it doesn't look good so far. I have pre orders all over Germany, but there doesn't seem to be stock.
I pre paid 2 cabs with a shady LCDH. I should have looked them up first....
They are supposed to ship on Monday. I have trouble believing that. It will be hell to get my money back if they don't ship them out.
